Yes! Each reward tier has a minimum cart value that must be met before the discount code can be applied at checkout:
If your cart doesn't meet the minimum, the discount code will be rejected at checkout. Simply add more items to your cart until you reach the required amount, then apply your code.
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
